Our company is comprised of experienced consultants and architects, who specialise in project development within the tourism sector.

The company was established in 1998 as a limited liability company with its headquarters now being in Berlin, Germany. Adjacent to functioning as tourism consultants, we are primarily a development corporation with our focal points being upmarket urban and wellness hotels for the hotel industry in Central Europe. Our personnel have more than fifteen years experience in consultancy, development and administration of real estate and hotels in Europe, therefore enabling us to arrange punctual, precise and cost corresponding implementation of our clients' projects.

Due to its efficient working affiliation with its numerous clients, AB Raymann has been able to make a name for itself within the hotel development sector and has not only compiled numerous project studies in both western and eastern European countries, but also as a hotel development consultancy for proprietors and investors.
